The Gospel of Luke | More Than a Prophet – Luke 7:24-35

Pastor Steve Heron continues our Luke series, Jesus: The Savior of the World, and preaches from Luke 7:24-35.

While John’s messengers return to strengthen John’s faith, Jesus teaches the crowds concerning the ministry of John. Reminding them that John is the fulfillment of Malachi’s prophesy, Jesus also confirms his own identity. Criticizing the response of the people to both John and Jesus, Jesus says that true wisdom sees and hears the truth and responds appropriately.
