Photography, videography, and live streaming may take place during our worship services, ministry events, and other church gatherings. Media captured at these events may be used across our website, social media, printed materials, and other church communications.
By attending or participating in a Citadel Square Church service or event, you acknowledge that:

- Citadel Square Church may use captured media, including your image, likeness, or voice, for church communications and ministry purposes.
- This use is granted without compensation or prior notification.
We are committed to using media in ways that are respectful and honoring to everyone. We will not knowingly share any photo or video that would be embarrassing or hurtful to an individual.
If you’d like a photo or video of yourself removed from our website or social media, please contact Kenny Gibson at kgibson[at]citadelsquare.com. Please note that we are unable to remove individuals from recorded or live-streamed video. Citadel Square Church is also not responsible for media captured and shared by attendees or third parties outside of our staff.
