Training the Twelve | Getting in the Game – Luke 9:1-9

Pastor Steve Heron kicks off the fall season with a new discipleship sub-series on Luke 9 called Training The Twelve and preaches from Luke 9:1-9.

As Jesus prepares for his departure, the disciples step into their final training for ministry. Modeling their ministry after their Lord, the disciples are sent out to preach and to heal. Meanwhile, Herod, confused about all that is happening, asks the most important question every person has to consider: “Who is this about whom I hear such things?”
