Philippians | I Press On – Philippians 3:12-16

Lest we think that Paul has arrived at his goal to know Christ fully and experience the resurrection, Paul turns to address the journey of his sanctification. Has Paul the apostle arrived? Is there a way we can be perfect this side of eternity? What kind of attitude ought to characterize the pursuit of knowing Jesus? Using words like strain, goal, pressing on, and taking hold of the prize, Paul describes his daily experience.
